[Bill] How do I stop Comcast from re-provisioning me back to Blast?

I was upgraded to Xtreme 105 and it works well, except every few weeks Comcast re-provisions me back down to Blast 50. I can call and get them to fix it, but it's about an hour of my time on average and they always want to blame my Cisco 819 ISR router. Anyway, is there a way I can handle my own provisioning? Thanks
