I've had an ongoing issue for several days now. Around 4 or 5 pm on Saturday 2/14, my internet more or less went out. I was unable the browse any websites, although I was still getting an IP address. I tried pinging Google 100 times and had around 20% packet loss. This continued until right around 9:30 am Sunday 2/15 when everything went back to normal.
Now today I'm having the same problems again. Came home from work to find the modem getting the same error messages in the log. I've been checking my network status on the Comcast page and today was the first time they've indicated there was an outage. Now it says that was resolved, but my internet still isn't working.
Could somebody look at my modem stats and log and let me know if anything looks out of the ordinary? I'm posting from my phone, but will respond to any comments.
