[CustSvc] 4 hours on the phone with comcast

I called to discuss changes to my plan to possibly save some money. I could not begin to detail all of the different people I was passed to. One the previous day I talked to someone who was going to be looking my bill over and call me back, never did, then I call back and after talking to a few people I am told a person will call me back the next day around 5. Never did. Then I call again the next day and I am transferred person to person for about 3 hours, finally a guy who seems to be with it, says he can lower my bill by removing two premiums to which I agree to. I hang up with him and then go to my computer and now I have no internet! . Call back and spend another hour they send a signal to the modem and now I am getting around 30 instead of 120. Then they want to troubleshoot it......... I know what has happened they lowered my speed but some on the phone think they are going to fix it by rebooting and telling me my router is bad, etc, then I finally get one who acknowledges my speed was changed to 25 which was not something I ever discussed wanting to change, so he transfers me to someone and it rings about 15 minutes then the recording says that dept is closed for the day. And the most maddening part of the experience is every time I am transferred from from person to person to person I have to repeat over and over my name, address, phone number, and last 4 of my SSN until that becomes a form of torture unto itself.
