I have Digital Preferred + Performance HSI. Comcast Customer Service says I have Performance, but on the Comcast Account page it says I have Starter Performance. Customer Service does not know what do to do so they had be talk to Technical Support. Technical Support had me reset my router, asked about surge protectors, etc. None of this has changed my Account page from saying Starter. Nothing on my side has changed and this started occurring the first of the month, the same time the 300 cap went into affect. I really do not know what the wiring or setup on my side would have to do with my Account page showing starter. I pay for performance, but only get starter.
