I am experiencing inbound packet loss on my Comcast connection. When I ping my Comcast IP, I get about 30% packet loss. The same shows up on my DSLR line monitor. However, when I ping out from my Comcast connection, there's 0% packet loss. I'm not noticing any speed reduction from the Comcast connection, nor am I noticing any issues accessing the web server I host on my home Comcast connection from the outside. I've run pings simultaneously to and from the same location (from my home server to my work server, and from my work server to my home server), the outbound pings show 0% loss and the inbound pings show 30% loss. The paths should be the same since they are pinging each other.
