I was told today by a Comcast customers service rep that my speeds should be 50 megs I am on the Blast tier. I told her I am only getting 17 megs she said with it being through a router I would probably lose about 5 megs but not that much, any ideas on what I can do to fix this as I did not have time to talk to a Tech on the phone due to work. Should I just wait to call them back or do any of you have ideas as to what may be wrong? Thanks
