[Connectivity] Comcast massive connection issues South Florida Broward County

I just moved to South Florida, Davie/Cooper City area recently, after 10 years of having Bright House Networks in Orlando. The network performance is absolutely atrocious down here, especially over the past few weeks. I have massive packet loss, my signal levels are all in green according to the averages posted, and I've had the same network hardware, minus the Comcast modem in bridge mode, since before I moved. It's not localized just to my house. Every time I have huge lag spikes, or dropped connections, I can call my friend who lives a good 3 blocks away, and he reports the same thing, at the same time. I work remotely during the day using VPN with multiple RDPs open to multiple servers, and it's like watching a power point presentation on most days, only worse within the past 3 weeks, almost always during peak hours. I've had to tell my boss on multiple occasions I'm having internet issues and can't complete my tasks on time. At night, gaming is absolutely garbage, with multiple disconnections and people complaining about me and my buddy mentioned previously being reported as sounding choppy and sound coming in and out. It's not every night, but it happens enough and I can correlate with my friend who's a good distance away, but close enough that I have to assume it's localized. I am absolutely horrified about calling support, because I know I'm going to be sent to some tier 1 guy/gal who is going to automatically think it's just isolated to my house configuration. I know for a fact it's not. Can someone please help me get with someone localized that can identify the area issue. I am this close to sacrificing Down/Upload speed to switch to my only other broadband choice, ATT, for a more stable internet connection.
