Hello, I woke up this morning with not connectivity from my SB6120. I rebooted it and it came back online. Throughout the day, I experienced very slow speeds and about 20% packet loss.
As it is now, my router cannot obtain an IP address. No connectivity to the internet. My modem is rebooting continuously. As you can see from the signal page, it show "T4 TimeOut" for two of my upstream channels. Eventually, it will say "Other" and soon thereafter it reboots. I think my signal levels look good. I don't see any spikes before the reboots.
My drop comes to the house where it gets split in the box on the side of the house. One leg goes to an upstairs modem and receiver and another goes to a downstairs modem and receiver. Everything except for this one modem is working just fine.
I connect through the Front Royal CMTS. (Just in case someone sees this who can magically fix things behind the scenes :))
Any ideas? Thanks!
