Hey everyone,
I need some help. I have been having intermittent issues where my internet download speeds become very slow (1.2mps or slower), but my pings and upload speeds are generally fine. I have a 25mps connection.
I have called Comcast, contacted them over facebook to no avail.
They originally said it was my equipment since I didn't have their equipment.
I swapped out everything for their equipment had the same issues, then swapped back.
I had one tech come out who verified my signal but speeds were fine while he was here so there was not much else he said he could do.
Since then Comcast told me they sent another tech out, which I find doubtful because no one ever came to the house, nor was I notified about any results of a visit. They told me they would call me. Then after a few days I contacted them again saying no one called me. They said they called my cell multiple times, didnt reach me and didn't leave a message. Of course I had no missed calls listed on my phone. They also said they would monitor my account and let me know what they found out. Again never contacted me back.
So i'm trying to get any help I can to get this sorted.
