Hey guys, I bought the SBG6782-AC about a month ago and I subscribed to Blast 105 Down and 10 upload. Somehow I am not getting up to that speed. I am getting 3.43 - 3.60 Mbps on download and 0.94 Mbps on upload on my SBG6782-AC. I called to Comcast service and they rebooted my SBG6782-AC. After the reboot, Comcast told me to unplug my coaxial cable from my SBG6782-AC and plug it back in and that still won't do. Comcast said everything is good at their end of the line and there is nothing they can do about it. I know SBG6782-AC doesn't have IPv6 from Comcast (http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/), but I don't think that is the problem. If anyone have any idea to fix my download and upload speed, I would appreciate it.
**Note - My SBG6782-AC never got up to that the speed I subscribed which is Blast 105 and 10 upload. When they activate my SBG6782-AC it always has been downloading 3.43 - 3.60 Mbps on download and 0.94 Mbps. I know some of you guys might say to contact netcool or NetDog. I try contacting by PM, but when I sent the PM to them. The message just said "unsolicited contact via email is restricted for new members". I have been reading other thread with downloading speed issue, but I can't find any help from that.
