A firmware upgrade to the Arris TG862 resulted in Comcast users not able to view and edit their connected devices. This has been going on for months without a peep out of Comcast. Clicking on the View Connected Devices page only goes to a blank page. Many of need this to reserve IPs for various devices. Any type of reset is at best only a temporary fix. The reset may help once but the gateway always reverts back to the blank page. Anyone who of a fix?
