In October 2010 I established new HSI service with Comcast. At the time it was called 'Ultra' and from what I remember the provisioned speed was 30 down 7 up.
When I check my bill today the service type is called 'Blast!' (with the exclamation mark). Speed tests still suggest I'm getting the 30 down / 7 up speed.
I'm curious to know if I'm being labeled as 'Blast!' if I should expect the 50 down / 10 up provisioned speeds that others report for 'Blast'?
I'm also curious to know if I should or could expect my speed to double based on the recent chatter about the doubling of speeds. Although, honestly, fast speeds won't help the fact that we continue to hit & exceed the monthly cap but that's a different topic.
I'm in the Atlanta (Cobb), Georgia market.
