[Connectivity] Using ATT Microcell/Verizon Network Extender. My voice cuts out

I have an ATT Microcell and Verizon Network Extender connected to my Comcast Cisco wireless modem/router. When making or receiving calls, the person on the other end often tells me my voice cuts out or drops off. This happens often during calls. I have no issues hearing them, no cut outs or anything. Since this occurs on both ATT and Verizon, I am assuming this is an issue with Comcast some how. I have done a test with results showing high jitter. Upstream jitter 323.2 ms Downstream jitter 4.6 ms Upstream packet loss 0.0 % Downstream packet loss 0.0 % Upstream packet order 100.0 % Downstream packet order 100.0 % Packet discards 99.0 % MOS 1.0 REGISTER ms - ms INVITE ms - ms BYE ms - ms I have tried a couple chats with Comcast and lets just say that was about as frustrating as my actual call issue. I dont know where they hire these people from but some of them are just awful to deal with. How else can I troubleshoot this? What can I say to Comcast to make them better understand what the problem is?
