I have been having intermittent connection issues for a few weeks, i contacted Customer Care and a technician came to my house and replace the cable running from the pole box at the corner of my property to my house. he left the cable laying across the yard and explained that a seaprate crew would be out in the next few days to bury it. I never received a phone call to schedule this, i have dogs and cannot leave my gate open. This was over 4 weeks ago and i have been going round and round with Customer care to try to get this taken care of each time being told that someone will call me but they never do. This was over 4 weeks ago and i would really like to get this resolved, the last thing i need is for one of my pets to get curious and chomp into the cable.
