I've been a phone/internet customer with Comcast for five or six years now. I had Directv for tv and they did something that bothered me. Well, before that I had used then for around five years, but I got tired of them. So I called Comcast and switched to TV through Comcast. Well, Comcast has a great support forum, now I don't know that their connected or not...But now, when I try to sign in to the forum it says that I've been banned! This has gone on for around a week now. Comcast Corporate is supposed to call me at noon tomorrow. What I'm wondering if something this wacko has happened to anyone else. I'd appreciate any and all feedback.
