I thought I read on here that L3 and Comcast reached a deal. Why am I still seeing less than 1Mbps during peak times? Was the "deal" to do absolutely nothing to fix the problem? For what it's worth, I pay Comcast so I can access services like Netflix. Comcast should be paying L3 if L3 has the content that Comcast customers want to access.
When I want gas, I go to the gas station and buy gas. The gas station knows people come for gas and tries its best to keep it in stock. The gas station pays the company that delivers the gas. That company pays the refinery. What does Comcast not understand about how this works?
