I'm very new to the forum and proper "lingo"...But I have the Motorola 6580 and am experiencing the issues that so many others have been...Currently I'm online with no issue, but it goes in and out constantly. Comcast has been NO help in any way shape or form, and in fact has been very rude in the matter...

Sun Aug 18 15:18:21 2013 Critical (3) SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing;CM-MAC=e8:6d:52
