Hello everyone,
I have been having for a month or so some congestion problems or that's what I think. It's also impossible to play any multiplayer game at peak hours because I start to rubberbanding and packet loss on any server I play on, this is not only one server but on every server.
I called Comcast, a technician came and said everything was fine on my end and that he couldn't anything, that it was up to the maintenance crew. I contacted @comcastcares on Twitter, I received a call from Comcast Corp. and they sent a level 4 technician and he also said everything was perfect on my end and that they were going to be monitoring my net. Forward 5 days later I receive a call from Comcast Corp once again telling me that the Technical Operations Supervisor said there was no problems on their end and it must be the servers I play on.
I emailed Comcast Corp. and the supervisor the test I have been doing and screenshots and they still say there are no problems...
