[Signals] Signal Level Check PLEASE!

Hi, I have been watching my signal level change over the last 6 months from -1 to -12 on the downstream power level readings. Oddly my speeds have remained the same and in the last month actually increased a little. I called COMCAST to ask for a tech roll to see about improving the power level but the phone agent said that they do not roll techs at the customers request for signal level issues as it looks fine on her end. Any thoughts? Dan
