On and off for several weeks, I've been having issues with lost packets. My signal levels are find, and according to Comcast, even my upstream SNR is 'green'. It would be fine in the early morning, but then start to flake out later, but not always. It was fine most all day yesterday as far as I can tell.
I had an SB6120, but thought that maybe it was going bad or had some issues being first generation, so I bought a Zoom 5341J. Unfortunately, once I got it provisioned, I have the same issue.
There is a tech scheduled to come out Saturday afternoon...
Here is the info. Nothing obvious, but the log does show T3's and some ranging issues. The 6120 was also logging T3 errors at times.
Speed tests are somewhat flaky. Sometimes they show OK, other times, I get goofy numbers. If I run the Visualware quality test, it shows all sorts of lost packets, retransmitted packets, etc...
