[Speed] Random speed drops, corrected by rebooting modem

Zoom 5341J Hardware Version AO Software Version 5.5.8.6J Tier: 50/10 Location: Greenwood, IN I am trying to help a family member troubleshoot a speed problem. Under normal conditions, her 50/10 Blast+ plan shows a consistent 58/12 in speed tests. But at what seems like completely random times, once or twice a week, she notices web pages loading very slow, and speed tests return results as low as 1.5/1. A reboot of the modem returns speeds to normal. In my limited monitoring, it seems to start at normal speed for awhile, then at some point starts dropping, until it finally bottoms out at the 1.5/1. It never fails completely, just gets that slow. And I've found no pattern to when the speed starts dropping. Sometimes its days, other times hours, and internet usage doesn't seem to be a factor. Attached are screen shots of the modem status screens, the first when speeds were returning 4/2, [att=1] and the second after a reboot, resulting in 58/11.97. [att=2] The correctables/uncorrectables on the 2 lowest SNR channels caught my eye. She owns the modem, but I'm not sure if I should have her order a replacement, or if this is a line signal problem.
