For the last week or more I've seen on my mobile app and web page that an outage has been reported in my area. My internet only service has been working fine however. This in itself is not an issue, the only problem is that if I want to remotely reset my modem I can't since the mobile app doesn't allow resetting when this condition is present. I contacted CC and am still waiting for resolution.
Has anyone else have this happen?
Any thoughts or suggestions?
