The problem I am having is our computers are not getting connected with either the wireless or an ethernet cord. Our computers pick up that there is a signal, it just doesn't connect. Comcast says that they are getting a good signal on their end, all lights are on in the front of the modem/router are solid. We live in an apartment complex but the modem/router is directly connected to the wall.
Software: SBG6580-6.5.2.0-GA-06-077-NOSH
I tried Comcast support and they didn't help, I also tried the manufacturer for help and they also just told me to do a factory reset. If anybody could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your help.
