Hi,
I recently installed a SB6183 modem at my home in Maryland to replace a Comcast provided gateway and am having issues with the higher frequency (14-16) channels which I believe is causing my download speed (30mbit per speedtest) to be significantly below my subscribed Blast 105. I live in an apartment complex, and I have two 2-1 splitters in my apartment both rated 5-1000 and all F compression connectors . The first is on the main line in and has a MoCA filter on the outside (for DVR), the second is in my living room with one end going to the modem. Here are my stats:
Channel Lock Status Modulation Channel ID Frequency Power SNR Corrected Uncorrectables
1 Locked QAM256 5 535750000 Hz -0.7 dBmV 39.0 dB 0 0
2 Locked QAM256 6 541750000 Hz -0.2 dBmV 38.6 dB 0 0

15 Locked QAM256 15 643750000 Hz -2.6 dBmV 37.4 dB 197679 358821
16 Locked unknown 16 649750000 Hz 2.0 dBmV 0.0 dB 0 0
The uncorrectables on channel 14 & 15 jump very quickly after booting up the modem and continue to increase. Modem lights are solid blue.
The SB6183 has a built in spectrum analyzer: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17444943/Spectrum.jpg
Any insight would be great!
