2. I just moved into a new place and I have been experiencing issues with my upload speeds. I subscribe to the 25/5 HSI package. The speeds are insanely sporadic, anything from 6Mbps to 200Kbps in the span of a hour or so. This happens at all hours of the day seemingly randomly.
I'm looking for next steps. Can't get through to customer support. They have me do the old power cycle the modem thing over and over. I've had two technicians come by to check the lines, both said they fixed it. Neither had. The third technician appointment was a no-show.
I'm at a loss about what to do.
A little background.
Wired directly into the modem.
Multiple ethernet cables tested.
Tested with multiple devices.
Wifi is disabled.
Tested with a Macbook Pro - Firefox. PC - Chrome and IE.
Download speeds are seemingly unaffected. Ranging anywhere from 55-65Mbps
