I have comcast and I often travel into a Brighthouse area. In the past I would select CableWIFI hotspots, select XFINITY then sign in with my username and password. I have been unable to do this the past couple of months. I am receiving user name and password don't match error. This seems to have started after someone at comcast "Worked" on my account.
I called comcast support and they either think I don't know my password or they start switching me from dept to dept because no one understands the problem. I was once told "We aren't Brighthouse". Does anyone else have this problem or know how it can be resolved?
