2) Since Wednesday after noon, I have been getting between 2Mbps and 7Mbps of download speed, which is causing issues with netflix and youtube. A 30 minute show on netflix can take up to an hour due to buffering and a 3 minute youtube video gets stuck in "buffer hell" for at least 10 minutes.
3) Been constant since Wednesday afternoon
4) Technicolor TC8305C couldn't find what firmware I have I apologize.
5) I have the Technicolor modem, linked to a Netgear WNR1000 wireless router.
6) Default windows firewall and Avast anti-virus Program Version: 2014.9.0.2021
