I'll be taking an extended vacation over the holidays, although I'm not yet sure how long it may be - anywhere from 6 weeks to as much as 3 months, depending on what happens.
Will Comcast allow me to suspend my service for an indefinite period?
Will they prorate partial months, or can service only be suspended for full billing periods?
Would I be better off just cancelling my service and possibly hooking up a promo deal when I get back? I have only Internet service, nothing else, so I don't know whether or not promos are available, nor how long you must be out of service to be considered a new customer again.
