Long story short. Had corp involved 3 times issue gets resolved for about 3 weeks and comes back.
Random packet loss and high ping times when pinging google.com 8.8.8.8 yahoo etc.
Comcast has come out and changed the modem 3 times (DPC3939) They ran home runs to everything as I have X1 and had some ingress issues. The issue is again back random packet loss and high ping times.
Comcast says modem levels are within proper range etc. Had a tech out Sunday and he changed the modem issues were still there.
Attached is my SnR Info. At this point I'm pulling my hair out. As a Systems Admin I can't even use RDP to do work for clients.
Can someone look at the levels and see if they are within range?
