[Signals] Terrible Downstream Signal from direct line.

I only have Comcast for internet service (50/10) and that's it. The line runs from the pole outside my house & to the box in front of my house and then to the modem. They've replaced the line before (maybe like a year ago ish). What else can I do? Signals http://i.imgur.com/tTvN5Fd.png
