I have tried working with Customer Security Assurance. They were not helpful.
The problem is that I cannot get email delivered through comcast outgoing mail servers to spamcop.net. The mail is silently dropped. If I log the connection to comcast, I can see the email get accepted.
If I switch to another non-comcast outgoing mail server, then spamcop.net receives the email.
CSA conclusion was that spamcop.net is blocking all comcast domains. I think that's wrong.
My conclusion is that comcast uses outgoing mail filtering and detects the spam that I am sending to spamcop.net, and deletes the email (without notice).
I contacted Cloudmark. They said to work with Comcast. Since CSA isn't able to help, I'm trying this forum.
