Having some issues with a newly purchased SB6141 on a Blast! account.
Activation did not go smoothly, as the modem was not added to the account by the rep on the first attempt. Since then I have called in a couple of times to see if they could re provision the modem. That has not solved the issue.
Currently stuck at 2Mb/sec down and 11Mb/sec up. Old SB5121 got 30Mb/sec down and 11Mb/sec up on the exact same coax line and CAT6 cable to my router (WNDR3700).
