I just called Comcast Customer Support to ask what maximum speed the Blast tier was supposed to be. He told me 50/10. I told him I read in the news that Comcast had increased Blast from 50 to 105. He said the Extreme tier was 105. I told him that I read in the news that Extreme had increased from 105 to 150. He didn't know anything about those increases but would get the information from higher ups and call me back within the hour. Why is it that customer support is clueless about any new changes?
