Had a Comcast tech come out recently to fix issues with the aerial drop for the cable (was probably done back in the early 2000s, had holes in the wire).
He ran a new cable but used a four-way splitter (one goes to modem, two other ones go to TVs). The signal values were fine (43-44) during the afternoon, but tonight I noticed the following values (and about half of the upload speed I usually have, 5MB instead of 10-11MB):
Upstream Bonding Channel Value
Channel ID 5 4
Frequency 27900000 Hz 34800000 Hz
Ranging Service ID 4548 4548
Symbol Rate 5.120 Msym/sec 5.120 Msym/sec
Power Level 54 dBmV 53 dBmV
Upstream Modulation [3] QPSK
[3] 64QAM

Ranging Status Success Success
Here's the downstream values just in case there's pertinent:

Is it the four-way splitter that's an issue or would it be something further down the line? Right now outside of the upload speed downstream is fine.
