The past two mornings @ 7:45AM PDT my modem has seen its US Power Levels shoot to +51 (normally they are in the low- to mid-40s). I have tried to power-cycle the modem and I still see the +51 or sometimes a +53. If I power-cycle the modem and disconnect the Coax and then reattach, everything is working again (and I see +43 to +45) on the SB6141. I have had the SB6141 in service for about a year or so and never had these problems prior. Any ideas as to what I can check?
My Connection is to the TAP leg of a 9dB Tap and I am seeing +4 on the downstream side. The OUT of the tap is going to a 4-way and the IN is connected to the incoming line, in between the OUT and the 4-way is a MoCA filter.
